We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and print the prepaid shipping label provided, or choose a QR code option for paperless drop-off at participating locations.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original Sony Pictures Shop packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included certificates of authenticity are enclosed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
